Fairlight Project
With stunning views of Sydney's famous Fairlight foreshore, this amazing apartment was the latest full house fit out of joinery that Danish Designer Kitchens was commissioned to design, fabricate and install. The client requested in the initial brief that both the colour and timber species from their existing furniture be incorporated into elements of the design, as well as in whole individual pieces of the overall fit out.
Other materials featured were Corian® for the kitchen benchtops and bathroom vanity tops, timber veneer, coloured glass, and polyurethane for the doors and drawer fronts. Corian® provided for spectacular results when the design called for the vanity top to flow down onto the bath in the main bathroom.
Other unique features were the use of the American-made Sub-Zero integrated fridge freezer, which is one of the best integrated fridge freezers on the market. This fridge was imported directly to the Danish Designer Kitchens' factory for pre-manufacture detailing, in order to provide for the perfect installation.
